• Usage data: basic analytics such as page views and feature usage to help us improve the service.

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the MyLawn.biz service.
• Send invoices and quotes on your behalf to your customers.
• Process subscription payments via Stripe.
• Send you important service updates (e.g. security notices, billing confirmations).
• Improve the app based on usage patterns.

We will never sell your personal information to third parties. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate MyLawn.biz:

• Stripe: for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
• Resend: for sending transactional emails (invoices, quotes, reminders).

These services only receive the minimum data required to perform their function.

Your data is stored securely in cloud-hosted databases. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and follow industry-standard security practices. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.

• Delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

7. Your customers' data

When you add customer information to MyLawn.biz, you are the data controller for that information. We act as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent or legal basis to store your customers' contact details.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — specifically a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
