By creating an account or using MyLawn.biz ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MyLawn.biz.
MyLawn.biz is a web-based business management tool designed for lawn care and mowing operators. It provides scheduling, customer management, invoicing, quoting, and payment features. The Service is provided "as is" and we continuously work to improve it.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must not share your login details with others or allow unauthorised access to your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of all data you enter into MyLawn.biz, including customer records, invoices, quotes, and job information. We do not claim any ownership over your business data. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you enter and for maintaining appropriate backups.
MyLawn.biz offers a free tier with limited features and a paid subscription plan. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change with reasonable notice. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
MyLawn.biz provides tools to create and send invoices and accept payments from your customers. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of invoices you create, the amounts you charge, and compliance with applicable tax laws (including GST obligations). MyLawn.biz is not a party to transactions between you and your customers.
We aim to keep MyLawn.biz available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, MyLawn.biz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data, including customers, jobs, invoices, and quotes. This action cannot be undone. We may also terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
